This can be true but there are people who looked up to their parents and lived alongside that bad bahavior and just continued to act like that.

Well, there were, there are and there will be people like that. I personally hate them.
But people can change if they really want.
And what`s the definition of "bad behavior"? I think it`s different for everyone.

I think it half is, half not. I think that some kids look up to their parents and take their bad behavior, and or Habits. But When that Kids in school they should learn right and wrong.

The only thing you can learn in school is the way it supposed to be. In real life it`s totally different.
Let`s make an example:
I work as a technician in civil engineering. We learned how much iron a building needs in its
reinforced concrete to be stable. Well, in real life there are many building contractors who are not afraid to steal half of that iron even if it will cost some life. `Cause maybe not today or tomorrow or after but that building will lose stability and will crash eventually.
See my point?
